Will Disney Plus be producing the next seasons of Netflix Marvel shows?

A report from Cosmic MCU said that Marvel Studios is preparing something. They are moving forward and develop projects around the characters of Netflix’s Defender. It seemed like the Netflix characters had been dusted off by Thanos. Because each of their shows was canceled.

Netflix’s Marvel Characters

Disappointment of Marvel fandom

This caused a massive backlash on the internet. For example, many fans including myself got angry over the fact that these shows stopped. To make matters worse, we’ll also be reporting that there was a stipulation in the contract that said Marvel would have to wait up to 2 years after takedown from shows before they can start using characters from their own universe. To simplify this, Daredevil was canceled in 2018. Consequently, Marvel Studios cannot use the character until the end of 2020. However, according to the new report, that has changed recently since Marvel has been developing numerous shows, television, and movies which include the multiverse. But the most important point is the fact that all shows will air on Disney plus. In order to grow the Disney catalog more and dominate the market, Marvel uses its best cards.

Daredevil and Company back on screen soon

A rock-solid source at Marvel Studios says that Marvel is already on track to utilize the characters on upcoming films and TV projects. It’s been said for some time that Daredevil and company will be making their way to Hulu. Besides, the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen may even appear in the upcoming Spider-Man 3 movie as Peter Parker’s defense attorney. It seems like a dream come true. We are eager to see the characters from the Defender’s universe on the big screen. And while the movie Spiderman 3 and the Multiverse of Doctor Strange of Madness are in development, there is some news. Many previous actors from The first Spiderman and Amazing Spiderman will be part of this third installment of Spiderman.

This is great news for the fans and I have to say that this and the Hulk rumors really got me thinking about the best years to come. Netflix has done a great job with characters like Punisher, Luke Cage, and Daredevil. The streaming service has, however, waived its rights. We hope we’ll revisit these shows with the same style of storytelling and casting in Disney streaming services. In case you didn’t know, the rights to the Hulk went to Marvel Studios also.

She-Hulk will save the day

So now they can start using the character in the solo movies that sent him around. The return of the cast is not certain, however. It’s only now that a TV show dedicated to the Female Hulk or She-Hulk will air in a few years on the streaming service Disney Plus. It will all come down to contractual obligations and so on. While the characters themselves are free to use, the same cast may not return. And Marvel will have to work directly with the actors to negotiate whether or not they will return.

Personally, I think they will but you don’t know if the actors have accepted other projects and so on. Mostly because in their eyes they probably weren’t coming back. Personally, I still think it’s great that Marvel has free rein on how they are using the characters. And also in which movies they will appear. It means the Punisher could be chasing after Spider-Man in a movie. Blade and Daredevil could team up or Jessica Jones could fight She-hulk. Luke Cage in the Hulk could become best friends.

It’s such a great way to start their story in the Disney Plus streaming services. Although we don’t know if it’s possible that Netflix has decided to allow Marvel to access it sooner. If this report turns out to be true, we may be seeing the return of the characters much sooner. Don’t miss the big news across all streaming service platforms. This channel is the right place.
